Some peculiarities about our machines
In our company we have high-quality machines for finishing your fabrics, one of them is
the raising maschine, in fact this machine gives the fabric many new properties.
Roughing is a mechanical textile finishing
process, which is performed by the raising machine.
The machine consists of a large rotating cylinder
on which 36 raising rollers are arranged along
its entire circular surface of the cylinder.
Depending on the desired effect on the fabric,
the machine can configure with one function
either 24, 30 or 36 raising rollers.
The raising rollers are divided into raising
rollers „pile“ and „counterpile“ depending
on the direction winding of the needles.
The surface of the raising rollers is completely covered by an ordered arrangement of needles.
The needles have the function of lifting the fibers of the fabric, giving it a softer and more voluminous effect.
This finishing process is used to create a generally dense down layer on the fabric surface.
In fact, this process increases the amount of air between the fibers, thus increasing the thermal insulation.
The room machine can perform this process on both sides of the fabric, obtaining a warm and voluminous fabric with a very soft surface.
The machine can finish fabrics from a width of 50 cm up to a maximum width of 340 cm.
In order to obtain a basically dense roughening, the speed as well as revolutions of the process can be adjusted according to the needs and type of fabric.
