Bethge AG is a traditional company. Founded in 1834 by the brothers Ferdinand and Eduard Bethge, it is still a family-owned SME today. Specializing in the finishing of home textiles, the company currently employs over 35 people at its headquarters in Mühlethal, in the municipality of Zofingen, canton of Aargau.
Both management and employees of Bethge AG pursue common goals. It is not for nothing that the current company philosophy is called:

The most modern machine park in Europe enables the most modern finishing processes with the highest quality standards.
The manageable size of Bethge AG allows us flexible delivery times and samples, short waiting periods and decision-making channels.
Bethge AG takes part in Techtextil in Frankfurt as an exhibitor for the first time.
The whole machine park has been rebuilt. Partly with new machines, partly with the machines that could be repaired and optimized. All machines are set to the desired quality again.
Immediately after the devastating flooding of the machine park and the company premises, the decision is made to rebuild Bethge AG.
In order to be able to store raw materials from customers on site, a new warehouse is being built.
Bethge & Co. AG becomes today’s Bethge AG.
Arnold Weber initiates the establishment of Bethge & Co. AG.
Through the initiative of Jakob Weber-Künzle, the company becomes a stock corporation.
The brothers Ferdinand and Eduard Bethge buy the company premises and the dye works building in the municipality of Mühlethal, today’s municipality of Zofingen.
